Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Amazing view

The condo was beautiful, just as pictured. The view was amazing and the location ideal. Restaurants are close enough to walk and if walking is not your thing, the taxi rides are quick and inexpensive. Although we did eat out most days there is a full kitchen. We would absolutely return for another stay.

Great place with a great location! My gf and I spent 3 nights here. The views of the ocean are stunning. Eagle beach and restaurants are a small 5 minute walk away via a dedicated path along the beach. The hosts were very friendly, with an easy check-in and check-out process.

Renting with blue Aruba was great! Super helpful staff, easy communication and friendly. Would definitely rent with them again. Location of the apartment building is good, about 10 min walking to eagle and palm beach. There is a walking/biking path right on the other side of the street. Would recommend renting a car as it is kind of far to walk to/from restaurants and shops. There is assigned parking and it is a gated community. Loved the grounds and pools. The unit looked exactly as in the pictures. Unfortunately, it does have a musty smell to it when you first enter. The dehumidifier helped a lot but we also had it on all the time and emptied the bucket at least once a day. Overall great vacation spot!

Very nice condo. Clean and spacious. Amazing views. Comfy beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. Location was great right between Eagle and Palm beach. There is a walking trail right across the road that made it very easy to get to both beaches. There was also a really cool small beach right across the road that was perfect for snorkeling. Building has security gate which made us feel very safe. Unit has a washer and dryer combo unit. Upon first use I noticed water sitting in the dryer. I originally thought something was wrong but then I realized it was just condensation from using the washer. Dryer worked just fine. When we first arrived the unit had a slight musty smell. There was a dehumidifier in the living room and once we had that running for a hour or so the smell got much better. By a day or two smell was gone. One thing that didn't bother us but the all the interior doors didn't have locks on them. Overall had a great stay with BlueResidences

Clean, Quiet and well Located for us

First time using VRBO, everything went smoothly, the condo was as advertised. Will likely try to come back. The condo and grounds was clean and quiet and I liked that it was outside the hustle and bustle of the hi-rise area but it was close enough to walk to the action when we wanted to.
