Blue Aruba rental is in a great location between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach but far enough from the “frenzy” of those two locations. If you want to walk right out the door and sit or walk on a white sandy beach then this may not be ideal, but if you want to have a quiet peaceful vacation with views of the sea, very well maintained, clean units, pools, tennis courts among other amenities then this is the place. If we ever return to Aruba we will definitely stay here again.

We did not want to stay at a resort, so we chose to rent a condo at Blue Residences instead. It was amazing! They have 24/7 security, and all of the amenities you would want or need. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

The view is breathtaking. Location on the island was central to all attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool on days that were too windy for the beach. The grounds are immaculate.

Our first trip to Aruba and as a family of 4 this was the perfect location for us.
The apartment was clean on arrival, and really spacious. Beds were comfortable.
The grounds were kept immaculate and the staff worked hard all day. Staff on site were really friendly. Particularly the security guard who found our car key that was dropped one evening and kept it safe until the next day.
Big cooler box included at the rental which was great to take down to the beach and with the ice machine downstairs we kept all our things cool all day.
The only problem we had was the fridge in the apartment which stopped producing ice and cold water after day 2. This was reported to reception 3 times and nothing was done to rectify this. I saw from a previous review someone else had the same issue. No beach chairs available in the apartment but we hired these from a local company for the time we were here.
Views from the balcony were amazing, beautiful sunsets every night. Easy walk to palm beach. ❤

This condo was amazing, especially the sunset views! Located right between Eagle and Palm beaches, short walk to both. There is also a small beach located right across the street, a little rocky but overall great for swimming. There are 2 large pools, but with beaches within walking distance we didn't use them. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Great gym in the lobby. Highly recommend.

This is one of those places that feels like home the moment you walk through the door. This was our first time to Aruba and we had no idea what to expect. This beautifully appointed condo was about .5 a mile from the hustle and bustle of the "Main" strip in Aruba. We could walk to local restaurants, shops, and a grocery store or a quick taxi ride, which the concierge will get for you. This place has everything: Two gorgeous pools, a restaurant on site, workout room, coffee shop, gated entrance, and sunset views to DIE for. We will be coming back year after year.

This place was great for our family of four. Lots of space! Beds were comfortable. The view is gorgeous from the living room and balcony! It’s in a great location and super close to everything. My only complaint is that our room wasn’t ready until 5:45pm and it was supposed to be ready at 4pm and we had a 6pm dinner reservation.

My group of six arrived on a Sunday travel weary and ready to settle in. The gated community was easy to find, and we were guided to the front desk for an easy check in. We found the accommodations as they were advertised. The kitchen was well stocked though the ice maker didn’t always work. The blender also didn’t work but given we aren’t big drinkers that was not a huge inconvenience. I did message the host via text to inform them and never heard back. There is an ice machine located near the elevator cache that we also utilized as needed. The kitchen had every thing we could have needed for our group of six, with a washer and dryer in unit, and very importantly two bathrooms.
There are three pools available, though one was incomplete until near the end of our visit. The hot tub was also under construction. Still not a major inconvenience given the easy access to the other two pools and the beach directly across the street. All of the grounds/housekeepers were lovely and helpful.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos: lindo, limpo e muito bem organizado, e com uma vista maravilhosa. A localização é perfeita, em Palm Beach, perto de tudo. Os funcionários foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos — destaque especial para a Úrsula na recepção, sempre muito simpática e prestativa. O check-in foi flexível, o que ajudou muito na chegada, e pudemos fazer um check-out tardio (mesmo com custo adicional), o que foi ótimo já que nosso voo era à noite. As áreas comuns estavam sempre bem cuidadas. O único detalhe é que o spa próximo à piscina estava em manutenção, mas isso não comprometeu em nada nossa experiência. Great condo!!! Recommend if you are looking for laid back atmosphere. Fit our needs and was very clean. Great views!!! All staff were nice and helpful. Only disappointing part was the hot tub and one of the pools was under construction so the other pool was crowded. Easy access to a small beach.

Blue residence was amazing. The pool area was wonderfully quiet and not crowded. The view was amazing! The only thing worth mentioning is the dryer in our unit did not dry well and had lint in it.

Staying at the Blue Residences worked out great for me and my husband, and two adult sons. The location was good. You can walk to Eagle Beach and many shops/restaurants.
The unit we stayed in had everything we needed. The kitchen, dining and living area are small. The master bedroom is spacious.
If we return to Aruba, we would stay again at the Blue Residences but would look for a larger unit.

Great location, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the pool area and amenities. Only downside was neighbors next door were a little older and didn't like us out on our balcony after 8pm. Being we were from Minnesota we wanted to enjoy warm evenings and visit out on balcony. I believe our neighbors 2 doors down were a little more nosey and we took the blunt for them. Otherwise perfect place and we will go back.

We loved this place! Exceeded expectations. Apartment was clean, spacious and as-pictured; the views of ocean were awesome!! The condo complex (Blue Residences) was great -- lovely pools, little gym and playground for the kids, gated entry. Felt very safe. Great location -- we did rent a car and were glad to have it but did not use it that much -- Eagle Beach is 15 min walk and there is a pedestrian walkway adjacent to beach. As others noted there are dryer issues -- they did try to come fix it but still would not dry clothes. Obviously not a huge deal given weather in Aruba and there being a porch, but worth noting. Would definitely stay here again.

The four of us loved our stay. While I can go through how great the interior was, the pictures really provide that story. (Except, I’d note the dishes pots and pans, etc were really nice and they had everything one one need). What we didn’t have a great sense of was the value of the outside. The pools and gardening were immaculate. Having walked by numerous overcrowded hotel pool areas, we appreciated just how special our oasis was. The staff members were always welcoming and kind. We had a few things that we wish were different (hard to call cons): we had a difficult time drying clothes and had to hang dry; distance to Palm beach restaurants/bars was a little further than we’d have liked in the heat of the day. We rented a car but didn’t use it a lot. Overall, was a wonderful retreat for my wife, two adult kids and me.

It was my first time to Aruba and Blue Aruba Rentals made it that much more enjoyable. Never once did I feel unsafe traveling by myself as a woman. The island isn't all that large and I'm used to walking a few miles a day so walking from the rental to the Palm Beach area, about a mile, or down to the middle of Eagle Beach was no problem. The Butterfly Farm is just a half mile north of the rentals. The pools were very clean and never crowded. The view from my unit, was worth the whole trip, full view of the water. Had a small problem with the dryer not drying and then stopping altogether, but I just hung things up and they dried within a couple of hours. I did let management know for the next people after I left. Everything was very clean in my unit. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. I would definitely go back.

The condo is very nice and clean. Taxi costs $35 from airport to the condo on Sunday. There is a beach area across the road. Super Food is about 20 minutes walk. Taxi costs $12 from Super Food to the condo. Front desk can help with booking tours and car rental. Booking with front desk is cheaper than booking online. Car rental costs around $40/day for a sedan. They brought the car to the condo and gave us free ride to the airport the day we returned the car. We will be back …

We brought our nephew to Aruba for his 20th birthday. We rented this 2 bed/2bath condo which was perfect. It was the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The views from the condo were just magnificent. The condo was in a great location. 1 mile from Eagle Beach and 2 miles from Palm Beach and the strip. Easy to walk or plenty of cabs to drive you anywhere. The grounds and pools are beautifully maintained and what a beautiful experience for our nephew’s first time to Aruba.

The place looks exactly like in the pictures. It’s clean and has beautiful views. We went during the off season and it was very quiet, which we really enjoyed. The location is close to the beaches and several restaurants along with the grocery store. Staff is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful place to stay for a couples or families. very convenient that the pool is downstairs and one of the beaches are across the street. Its about a 15 minute walk to Palm Beach/ restaurant areas and a 10 minute walk to Eagle Beach.

The condo was great. The pictures are exactly how the place looks. The location is excellent, between Palm and Eagle Beach. Plenty of food options in the Palm Beach area and a grocery store nearby. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening. The condo was spotless and it had all the things necessary for our stay. The condo as well as the surrounding area was very safe. If I visited the island again this is where I would stay.

After a long travel day, it was truly a pleasure to be greeted by Ursula when checking in at the Blue Residences.
The condo looked exactly as it did online and was a perfect size for our family of 5. The condo was extremely clean and the property was immaculate. The location was a 10-minute walk to Eagle Beach and a slightly longer walk to Palm Beach. If you do not want to walk, you can take a taxi, scooter, or ride a bike. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciate everyone's assistance during our stay!

Wonderful experience. Check in was very smooth. Ursula in reception is a gem. So friendly and helpful. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. The three pools were very well maintained and never crowded, only wished they didn’t close at 8 p.m. The property is a 10 minute walk to the high rise hotels and restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to Eagle beach in the other direction. There was a bus stop directly outside the security booth, but we mainly used the local taxis. Glad we didn’t rent a car with all the roundabouts and confusing traffic patterns. The grocery store was a quick ride away and fully stocked with many American brands. Felt very safe walking around. Don’t hesitate— go ahead and book it!

My family stayed here May 11-18 2024 and we had an amazing time. The place was exactly as described and extremely clean. We loved that it was close to everything and safe. They had someone at the front gate to let you in and out so random people couldn’t walk around the grounds. We were very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely be back!

Book with confidence, place is large, parking is available though you can walk to beach or Restaurants in the hotel area. Very comfortable and cozy.

Loved our stay. Perfect for our family of two adults, two college kids. Place was nice, well equipped, clean. Location was great. We woke up every morning and had a cup of tea looking at the ocean and enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony. Pools were great. Overall, I recommend it.

La estancia en Blue Residences fue maravillosa, mucho más de lo que imaginábamos y de lo que veo en las fotos. La vista es espectacular, la decoración del apartamento muy linda, las habitaciones con todo lo necesario, camas super cómodas, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
En los baños todo lo necesario, incluso secador en cada baño y en el principal espejo con aumento para maquillarse y Toallas en buena cantidad, más de las que siempre dispone un rb&b. En la cocina todo lo necesario y muy limpio. Adicionalmente encontramos una carpeta con todas las instrucciones e información necesaria para la estadía que nos fue muy útil.
La ubicación es fantástica porque queda en la mitad entre dos de las mejores playas, Eagle Beach y Palm Beach en la zona hotelera y caminando se va a ambas en 10 minutos. También en frente hay un espacio pequeño de playa con pocas olas, al que se puede acceder sin problema.
Valoramos.el guest service que hay, Úrsula siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar!
