The spacious primary bedroom has a large king bed, and wall-to-wall views of the Caribbean, pools, and gardens. The guest bedroom is comfortably furnished with two double beds, ample storage space and closets. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with large showers and rain shower heads that will feel wonderful after enjoying a day on the beach. The condo is equipped with central AC, washer/dryer, large smart TVs in all rooms, room safe, iron / ironing board, hairdryers, beach towels, beach cooler, and free WIFI throughout the property (1010 sqft for a maximum of 6 guests).

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

The condo was in the perfect location - easily walkable to Eagle Beach and a short drive to the hotel /restaurant area. Beautiful views, nice patio and a really easy check-in process with free, assigned parking. The location just can't be beat if you want to stay away from the noise of the high rise hotels but still be nearby for the restaurant and shopping convenience. The condo was very nice with a pool and ocean view and the pool is never busy. The kitchen and beach amenities were good - not overly plentiful but sufficient for sure! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome New Year!

We decided to spend New Years in Aruba and it was amazing! Our family had a great time exploring the island. Blue Residences was a great property, very upscale amenities, and a totally chill environment - we couldn't have picked a better place! This condo was exactly what we were looking for and we even took the owner's suggestion and checked out Bugaloe one evening - we had so much fun!

Very spacious two bed/two bath condo. Has everything you need for a vacation. Great Location. Beautiful sunset every day. Cozy setup and very clean. Only complain is there was a moldy odor when we first entered the room. You don't smell it after you stayed for a bit but it was there.

Just returned from great vacation! Stayed for 15 nights! Had a great time. Would definitely return! Clear instructions, friendly to deal with. Beautiful view. Great pools. We rented a car during second half of stay to visit the whole island and would recommend that to anyone wanting to venture out a little more.

Our Favorite Vacation

After plans fell through, we ended up in Aruba. Needless to say, it was the best disappointment that we have ever had. The Blue Aruba Residence is a prime vacation spot. It's walking distance from Eagle Beach, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with the beautiful ocean views. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Time in Aruba!

We had an absolutely amazing time in Aruba and loved this condo! It had everything that we needed for our family and is very well-maintained and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the pool area and the views from the condo were just breathtaking. It is a short walk to Eagle and Palm beaches and all the restaurants and nightlife you could ask for. We are already thinking about when our next trip will be and will definitely want to stay in this island-life condo again!
