Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the location. It was easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and casinos. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Muy buena ubicación frente a la playa.
Muy amables en la recepcion. Nos permitieron ingresar antes del horario, nos coordinaron para el alquiler de auto (mas barato que en el aeropuerto).
Atendieron y solucionaron rapido los problemas del departamento (cambio de luces, problemas con la heladera).

The condo was perfect. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and excellent location - not too close to the crowds but accessible to restaurants and the beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a last-minute Bucket List trip for our friend.
With concerns of her health, I had emailed the host.
He had several recommendations that were most helpful.
We loved our accommodations!
Everything was just as pictured.
The only thing we were looking for were beach chairs.
I understand the space for storage is limited and we quickly learned that most beaches have rentals of beach chairs as well as umbrellas.
I liked the idea of supporting the locals at the beach and ALL were very friendly.
Looking forward to a return trip and would definitely use BlueAruba again.
So much better than a resort!
