Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Nice location, accessible to everything but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Beach across the street is really Embassy Suites but they are accommodating. Clean room...nice place...would recommend...

I had an amazing stay at this Eagle Beach home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and professional. I especially appreciated the peaceful vibe and ocean view—it made for the perfect getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, 15min or so walk to Eagle Beach (swimming area). Right across the street is an area to swim at the beach as well. The pool was clean and perfect sunlight each day. The condo was clean, quiet, and right amount of space for our group of 4. The large windows looking out at the water (pool & beach) allowed us to see the sun set each day. I would recommend renting a car so you can explore the island. Parking for a car is available. The grocery store is a 4 minute drive. The bars are about a 7minute drive. Quick drive to the airport. There was also an Aruba bus that passed by. Security works all day and night. All staff were very kind and professional. We will definitely be staying here again next time in Aruba.

We really loved the location. It was close to Palm and Eagle beaches that you could get to anything you wanted to do, but removed enough that you could get away from the masses of people there. The unit was clean and the staff in the complex were always keeping up with the property. Overall this was a great place to stay.

The condo we stayed at was clean with beautiful, modern furnishings. We were a group of 4 adults, an 11-yo child, and a 1-year old baby. The space was enough for us. The room overlooks the pool and the beach. The balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunsets. The beach is just across the road. The boardwalk runs very long and we got to enjoy it along with many other walkers and runners. Palm Beach is within walking distance or a short drive (less than 10 minutes). Due to limited parking around the Palm Beach areas, renting a scooter is an option just outside the building. Overall, location is 10/10, condo is 10/10, service and amenities 10/10, and the host was very responsive 10/10.
