Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Eagle Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the place was pristine, the decor charming, and the amenities so thoughtfully provided. We especially loved being just steps away from the beach: waking up each day to that view was unforgettable! The host was warm, responsive, and full of helpful information. We had two small issues with the unit that were resolved in less than an hour. Their responsiveness was incredible! Overall, this was one of the best vacation stays we’ve ever had — we can’t wait to come back!

The best sunsets to be seen are at this condo location. The pools are terrific. The area is quiet & relaxing. You are very close to palm beach for the nightlife. You are directly between palm & eagle beach.

The penthouse was in a perfect location with an even better view. The wife and I felt completely at home on our first trip to Aruba. The penthouse was special with multiple bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook our own meals. The supermarket, the beach, great places to eat are all a short walk or quick 2-5 minute car ride away. We would and probably will stay here again on our next trip to Aruba!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the coziest ocean-view penthouse. Perfect location with the most amazing view. Every single person at Azure Residence was very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues when we arrived that needed to be taken care of and they were done promptly. Thanks to Eldrith at front desk who was extremely helpful. The pool and grounds were kept clean and maintained daily by a wonderful staff. We would definitely comeback to stay at Azure!

The condo and complex were exactly as pictured. The maintenance workers worked non stop to keep the pools and grounds clean. The security guards were professional and friendly. The onsite restaurant ran specials each night and the servers were great.

The condo was fantastic, exactly as advertised. A beautiful view and within walking distance of beaches and the downtown and a grocery store. It was perfect for our family or 5!

Excellent condo. Great view, private, clean and safe. pool and jacuzzi were excellent as well. My only feedback is 1) add a peep-hole to front door and 2) improve the kitchen amenities.

Overall a 5 star experience with minor room for improvements e.g., ice maker in our building was out of service, as told "still waiting on a part"...so maybe sort out some alternative like ice delivery. Location is ideal for easy access to beaches and many very good bars and restaurants. Rental car made things very easy as nothing truly walkable as the part of Eagle Beach you want to be on is on the far side of the beach away from these residences. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. Views from the deck were fabulous, and neighbors respectful, discreet, and quiet. Two huge pools were refreshing for a dip after a day at the beach or doing activities. Will definitely consider going again to this place.

Great place. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet place to stay. The building was very clean. The pool and hot tub we’re super relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again. The host was quick to respond and also gave suggestions.

We loved our time in this unit. Beautiful views, super private terrace, great layout of rooms and the pool was awesome! It’s convenient to everything on the island!
We had one issue that the BlueAruba team handled to our satisfaction.

Loved staying here for our first trip to Aruba. Everything from check in, to the beautiful accommodations. The view from the balcony is gorgeous & Azure is in an absolutely perfect location!! There was an issue with someone parking in our designated parking space & also the A/C going out one night ~ however, staff were quick to remedy & take care of both problems quickly, kindly & efficiently. Will def be back & highly recommend Azure & this particular Pent House!!

The penthouse was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the amenities and very short walk to Eagle Beach. It is convenient to many restaurants. The pool and hot tub are very nice. I would highly recommend this rental.
