Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

The rental was great. We would go back to the exact same unit. The restaurant in the building was fantastic, but it's also easy to get to the high-rise district.

Great location and loved the pool! Was a little tough getting taxis at times so give yourself extra time. The rentable scooters and bikes in front were helpful. Also wish the blinds in the living room were darker as people could see into our unit at night. Loved the hot tub!

Our stay at BluAruba was great. Condo was very clean and had plenty of space for the 2 of us. We are normally beach people but we ended up sitting around the pool each day. There was no problem getting chairs or umbrellas and the pool was not too crowded. Having our own hot tub was an added bonus and a great way to end the day. The staff were helpful and very nice.

We really enjoyed our week staying at this condo. It was very comfortable and we loved being able to walk right out to the pool. The grounds were very nice, and the on-site restaurant was convenient and tasty (plus the staff were very pleasant). It was conveniently located between Eagle beach and Palm Beach, and only a short walk from the Butterfly Farm.

We had a lovely stay in this condo. We enjoyed the hot tub and being right next to the pool. The condo was spacious, with room for us all (two adults and two kids) and was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We took advantage of One Happy Fridge (available through the link Blue Aruba sends prior to your visit) and had groceries awaiting us in the condo when we arrived. The on-site restaurant Poke Ono was also a delight; the food was amazing and the staff were so welcoking and kind. We highly recommend it!

Amazing trip

The Azure is located about a 5-7 min walk to Eagle Beach. It was a very quiet relaxing part of the island. Close enough to Palm Beach restaurants etc but without all the loud music and lights. The room was great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Beautiful Aruba Getaway

Being the first time for us visiting Aruba we went in unsure of what to expect. We chose our booking due to reviews of the area, pictures posted in the listing and because we didn’t want the traditional hotel stay. We were not disappointed!! Everything was as described or better. The photos of the unit posted were so accurate they could’ve been posted the day we arrived. The unit was nicely appointed and the property was gorgeous. The staff was very welcoming and even sent us a small gift on our anniversary with a lovely card. Will definitely be recommending Blue Residences to all of our friends and we cannot wait to get back.

This was the perfect spot to be on the island. Quiet and relaxing but close to food and plenty do within 5 minutes. It was pretty breezy on the property which we enjoyed and the front desk staff was super helpful and very nice.

We had a terrific experience from start to finish. We rented a car which I highly recommend if you want to explore the national park, hidden pool, caves and visit baby beach. The unit is in walking distance to the grocery store, Palm and Eagle Beach so it's not essential to have a rental vehicle if you don't plan on exploring the island.
