Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

This our second time staying in this building and there’s a reason we returned. The views are sensational and it is fairly private compared a resort. We like to be able to have the option to cook/eat at “home” and make drinks to bring down to the pool. This unit had beach chairs, towel clips, a cooler— all the amenities needed for a beach vaca. I did feel like the place was not as clean in the bathroom and the sheets had some stains, but not a huge deal overall. Would definitely stay again.

I’m giving 5 stars because this place definitely didn't let us get bored!
Check-in brought a lovely touch of intrigue: we got in at 5:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM due to delayed cleaning. No boring compensation, naturally. The management company clearly has its business processes tuned to pure zen.
The room fosters absolute trust: the door cannot be locked from the inside. Thanks to this, a cleaning lady once made a spectacular entrance after mixing up the rooms.
The rooms give a warm nostalgia for college dorms. True, you pay almost $500 a night for it - probably just to remind yourself you're a successful adult now. And special thanks for the lack of curtains or blinds: you get free light therapy by day and feel like a goldfish in a luxury aquarium by night.
Highly recommended for a non-standard luxury stay.

Excelente el departamento, muy cómodo y súper equipado, incluso con reposeras y heladera de playa. recomendable 100%. Tiene las mejores vistas a la playa en una ubicación privilegiada. El complejo también es muy lindo, con piletas espectaculares. Volveremos sin lugar a dudas.

This place was awesome. It is located inside a hotel building, but was squeaky clean, has an extremely comfortable king sized bed, a full kitchen (stocked with supplies/pots/pans), a beautiful balcony that directly faces the ocean (and the side of the island where the sun sets) AND it has a washer/dryer in unit. Recommend doing grocery delivery your first day.
There is a pool/hot tub onsite that was not nearly as crowded as some of the resorts we saw during our trip. It's off a main road so easy to access scooters. The taxi service they recommended gave us her card our first day so we were able to contact her directly the rest of the trip whenever we needed a ride.
Host was very responsive. We didn't need much, but when we asked about extra washing detergent/dryer sheets they accommodated immediately. We also were able to get late checkout which was perfect because our flight was at 5pm.
Highly recommend this condo!! Thanks for everything.
