Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

This was the perfect private stay! We love the apartment & balcony overlooking the pools & sea. The complex is very quiet & clean. The apartment itself had everything we needed to cook meals & had extra towels which was super helpful!!
Location is perfect 10 min walk to eagle or palm beach & had e-scooters available out front which was nice for getting around to palm beach restaurants
We will definitely be back!!

Excelente departamento. Muy completo para pasar una estadía cómoda. La cocina súper completa con accesorios de muy buena calidad, el baño amplio con buena ducha. La cama resulto muy confortable.
El complejo es muy lindo, la zona de las piscinas ideal para relajarse, y cuenta con un espacio asignado para dejar el auto.
Lo único que podrían sumar para tener una mejor experiencia de playa sería una conservadora para llevar bebidas.
El departamento cuenta solamente con sillas de playa.
Por último, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida en todo momento.
