Blue Residences opens its doors in soft opening

Published on March 19, 2014

Between Palm and Eagle Beach many people still remember a Sea park at the end of the eighties and a supermarket that was temporary open here. On exactly this location three Towers have steadily been under development and one building, the Indigo Tower, the first of the three towers at Blue Residences received the first guests in Gabriella Powell and Brad Cumberbatch. Property Manager Aisa van der Biezen and Front Office and Reservations Manager, Emile Kock welcomed the couple while General Manager Jan van Nes accompanied the first guests to their suite where they were surprised with an upgrade from a deluxe ocean view to a two bedroom condo. The soft opening of this condo-hotel was blessed with their comments on Facebook which were:

“Absolutely amazing. The room is fantastic, and the staff are all incredibly nice and 100% accommodating. When we come back, we will most certainly stay here again!”

Blue Residences’ three Towers are now sold for 80% and a Grand Opening is expected in July with the opening of the Kitchen Table Restaurant, El Mirador and the Frangipani Bar and Patio. “We have chosen for a soft opening 5 condos at the time making sure that each guest experience is a memorable one and we all take pride of going the extra mile comets General manager Jan van Nes. Guest experiences at the opening of hotel are not always swift around the world and we are not happy unless the guest that checks out leaves making his or her reservation for their next visit”. Our entrance is ready now and we are now fully accessible from the J.E. Irausquin boulevard adds Aisa the property manager.
